316L Stainless Steel Channel

Manufactured according to GB/T 706-2016, corresponding to 022Cr17Ni14Mo2 austenitic stainless steel

Its ultra-low carbon content (C ≤ 0.03%) prevents intergranular corrosion. The addition of molybdenum (2.0–3.0%) enhances its resistance to chloride corrosion. It is ideal for marine engineering, chemical equipment, and structural components in humid environments.

  • Excellent Resistance to Seawater and Chemical Corrosion

Pitting potential ≥ +300 mV in 3.5% NaCl solution; 50% higher resistance to crevice corrosion compared to 304L.

  • Ultra-Low Carbon for Intergranular Corrosion Resistance

With C ≤ 0.03%, the heat-affected zone of welds is free from intergranular corrosion risk, suitable for fully welded structures.

  • Outstanding Low-Temperature Toughness

Impact energy ≥27 J at −40 °C, suitable for polar engineering and low-temperature equipment supports.
