630 precipitation-hardening stainless steel bar (05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb) is a martensitic PH stainless steel alloyed with Cu and Nb.

Heat Treatment

Solution treatment at 1020–1060℃ (water quench), followed by aging (e.g. H900: 470–490℃ air cooling).

Welding

Recommended TIG welding with ERNiCrMo-3 filler, clean surfaces, control heat input, interpass temperature <150℃.
