310S round bar belongs to austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel, corresponding to the Chinese grade 06Cr25Ni20.

  • Excellent High-Temperature Resistance

    Withstands up to 1200℃, continuous service at 1150℃, gradual softening only above 800℃.

  • Superior Oxidation & Corrosion Resistance

    High nickel (19.00–22.00%) and chromium (24.00–26.00%) content forms a dense oxide film, providing resistance to oxidation and multiple corrosive media.

  • Good High-Temperature Mechanical Properties

    Retains strength and creep resistance at high temperatures. Tensile strength ≥ 520MPa, yield strength ≥ 205MPa, elongation ≥ 40%.

  • Excellent Processability & Weldability

    Non-magnetic in solution-annealed condition, annealed hardness ≤ 187HB, suitable for both cold and hot working, with good weld joint properties.
